INTRODUCTION

Cureya offers natural healthcare solutions with the goal of lowering medical costs and eliminating knowledge asymmetry. "Health for all" is the fundamental goal. Cureya is a DPIIT-recognized startup (registered as Aspexx Health Solutions Pvt. Ltd. under MCA) that is registered under the STARTUP INDIA SCHEME. ROOTSKILLS, ROOTSAPS, World Yoga Associations, and others were among the stakeholders with whom CUREYA collaborated. Alternative practitioners, such as Ayurveda specialists, Energy Healing experts, Mental Health Counselors, and others, have recently hosted online webinars.The objective is to promote health education that focuses on health promotion, prevention, and self-medication in order to attain the right to "Health for All" and improve healthcare indicators. The goal is to minimise information asymmetries and language barriers, with a focus on achieving global healthcare delivery standards based on access, equity, affordability, and quality, as well as efficiency and sustainability

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You represent and warrant that the Content you provide on or through the CUREYA Sites is accurate and comprehensive. You are completely responsible for keeping your login, password, and PIN confidential and secure. CUREYA is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of someone else using your account without your permission. You acknowledge and accept that CUREYA is not liable if you misplace or share your device. Any agreement you have with the issuer of your credit card, debit card, or other form of payment will apply to your use of that payment method on the CUREYA Sites.CUREYA is not a party to any such arrangement, and CUREYA is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or unavailability of any payment method. At our sole discretion, your account may be limited or cancelled for any reason. We may (1) change, restrict access to, suspend, or discontinue the CUREYA Sites or any portion of the CUREYA Sites at any time without notice to you, and (2) charge, modify, or waive any fees required to use any services, functionality, or other content available through the CUREYA Sites or any portion of the CUREYA Sites, except as otherwise provided by law.

You will not do any of the following in conjunction with the CUREYA Sites

  • Make any virus, worm, Trojan horse, Easter egg, time bomb, spyware, or other computer code, file, or programme available through or in connection with the      CUREYA Sites that is or is potentially harmful or invasive, or that is intended to damage or hijack the operation of, or to monitor the use of, any hardware,       software, or equipment.
  • Use the CUREYA Sites for any commercial purpose, or for any fraudulent, tortious, or criminal activity.
  • Harvesting or collecting information on CUREYA Sites users.
  • Any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary information should be removed.
  • The CUREYA Sites have issued a notice about their legal rights.
  • Unless you have CUREYA'S express prior written authorization, you may not frame or mirror any component of the CUREYA Sites, or otherwise incorporate any       portion of the CUREYA Sites into any product or service.
  • Download and save any materials in a systematic manner.
  • Without CUREYA'S express prior written consent, use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device to retrieve, index,     "scrape," "data mine," or otherwise gather any Materials, or reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the CUREYA Sites.
  • Cause injury to any person or entity.
  • You will not use the CUREYA Sites or CUREYA's name, logo, or brand to (1) send any unsolicited or unauthorised Content, including advertising, promotional      materials, email, junk mail, spam, or any other form of solicitation; or (2) use any meta tags or other hidden text or metadata utilising a CUREYA trademark, logo,      URL, or product name without CUREYA'S written consent; or (3) use any meta tags or other hidden text or metadata utilising a CUREYA trademark
  • You will not attempt to do anything prohibited in this Section, or permit, encourage, assist, or allow any third person to do anything prohibited in this Section, or      any other breach of these Terms of Use.
  • Except where explicitly prohibited by applicable law, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the CUREYA Sites





    • CUREYA welcomes your reviews, comments, and other communications, photos, videos, or any other content that you submit through or to the Site, or any content or information that you publish through any social media and allow CUREYA to feature, such as your name, social media handle, accompanying text, and any images, videos, or audio from your social media accounts (e.g. Twitter, InstagramTM, PinterestTM) (collectively, "User Content"), as long as the User Content submitted by you is accurate and Any photographs or images you supply as part of a Transaction are not considered User Content (as defined below). You agree that any User Content you submit will be accurate, will not violate or enable the violation of any law or regulation, and will not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights; and will not contain, or provide links to, obscene, profane, or threatening language, malware, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, any form of "spam," or any material that could be considered harmful, sexually explicit, indecent, lewd, violent, abusive, or degrading.

    You grant CUREYA a non-exclusive, sub-licensable, fully paid-up, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and licence to use, display, perform, transmit, copy, modify, delete, adapt, publish, translate, sell, and distribute such User Content in any form, medium, or technology, now known or hereafter developed, throughout the world, all without compensation. As a result, don't submit us any User Content that you don't want us to licence, such as confidential information or original creative assets like tales, product ideas, computer code, or original artwork.solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, any type of "spam," or other anything that could be construed as dangerous, sexually explicit, obscene, lewd, violent, abusive, or humiliating. You are solely responsible for any User Content you provide, and CUREYA accepts no responsibility for any User Content you upload. You acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right (but not the obligation) to do any or all of the following, in our sole discretion: I monitor User Content; (ii) alter, remove, or refuse to post or allow to be posted any User Content; and/or (iii) disclose any User Content, as well as the circumstances surrounding its transmission to any third party.

    You also grant CUREYA the right to use the name you provide in conjunction with the User Content you submit; however, CUREYA is under no obligation to do so. We are not responsible for any personal information you freely divulge in conjunction with any User Content you upload. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant the licences granted in this section, including, but not limited to, permission from or on behalf of any individuals appearing in the User Content to use, and grant to third parties such as CUREYA the right to use, their name, image, voice, and/or likeness without compensation to you or any other person.

    You agree that in connection with the CUREYA Sites, you will not make available Content that:

  • is deceptive, deceptive, or deceptive.

  • victimises, harasses, degrades, or intimidates someone or a group of people because of their religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability.
  • is aggressive or threatening to others, or encourages or supports violence against others.
  • contains ads, solicitations, or spam links to other web sites or individuals without prior written permission from CUREYA; contains threats to any individual or      group.
  • pertains to or contains chain letters or pyramid scams.
  • impersonates another company, person, or entity, including CUREYA and its subsidiaries, employees, and agents.

    • Security

    You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure, as well as limiting access to your computer or device. You promise not to share your account information with anybody else. The CUREYA Site may only be used for legitimate purposes. On the CUREYA Site, acts such as interfering with any CUREYA site, misrepresenting a user's identity, or engaging in fraudulent activities are banned.You may not breach or attempt to breach the security of the CUREYA Site, including, without limitation,
    (a) accessing data not intended for you or logging on to a server or account that you are not authorised to access;
    (b) using any CUREYA Site for unintended purposes or attempting to change the behaviour of any CUREYA Site; and
    (c) attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network or breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.
    (d) attempting to disrupt service to any user, host, or network, including, but not limited to, sending a virus to any CUREYA Site, overloading, "flooding," "spamming," "mailbombing," or "crashing";
    (e) forging any TCP/IP packet header or portion of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting; or
    (f) forging communications on behalf of CUREYA Site (impersonating CUREYA) or to any CUREYA Site (impersonating as a legitimate user). On behalf of the CUREYA Site, you may not send unsolicited or unlawful email, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services.

    PURCHASE AND DELIVERY

  • For purchases made through a mobile device or other electronic device, certain CUREYA Sites may allow or mandate the usage of electronic receipts ("eReceipt"). Your eReceipt is a digital replica of your CUREYA purchase receipt from the store.
  • To sign up for eReceipts, you must first create an account on www.cureya.in and then send a text message to confirm your mobile number. These Terms of Service apply to all accounts on www.cureya.in. If you start the eReceipts registration procedure at the cash register, you'll be asked to enter a mobile number into the PIN pad and then confirm that number with a text message. By signing up for CUREYA eReceipts, you agree to receive automated text messages from CUREYA and accept any message and data fees that may apply.

    • PRICING AND AVAILABILITY INFORMATION

    CUREYA will not be able to confirm the price or availability of an item until after you have placed your order. On the CUREYA Sites or through Marketplace Retailers, pricing or availability issues may occur. The receipt of an order confirmation does not imply that we have accepted the order or that we have confirmed an offer to sell a Product. Even after you receive an order confirmation or shipment notice from CUREYA, CUREYA has the right to cancel any orders containing pricing or availability problems, with no further obligations to you. CUREYA may contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation at its discretion
