Roles and responsbilities

  1. Create and maintain tracking report of digital and traditional marketing efforts.
  2. Assist in the creation of signage, mock-ups, email campaigns and social media content.
  3. Seek and analyze competetitor marketing material and digital content.
  4. Develop new social media campaigns, considering current and planned promotional activities.
  5. Monitor social channels and respond to feedback, questions and concerns.
  6. Provide administrative support to staff when required.
  7. Work alongside the team to Create a plan for social media strategies weekly.
  8. Assist in the growth of the brand by raising awareness through various social media plateforms.
  9. Monitor postings to ensure the brand message is constant from the terminology used to images posted.
  10. Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages.
  11. Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on popular social media websites such as Twitter, Printrest, Facebook, Youtube and LinkdIn.
  12. Oversee the creation and implementation of a weekly editorial which included weekly sales objective and initiatives.
  13. Help create content as directed by the weekly editorial calender to promote sales, blogs and products.
