Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact
infomation and employeement details.

Screening potential employee's resumes and application forms to
identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
- Organizing interview with shortlisted candidates.

Posting job advertisement to job boards and social media plateforms.

Removing job advertisement from job boards and social media
plateforms once vacancies have been filled.
- Assisting in the planning of company events.

Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to
candidates.
- Coordinating new hire orientations.

Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee
benefits and other HR-related matters.
- Address quries and issues of workers when required.

Review and distribute company strategies by haed copies (e.g, notice
boards, brouchers) or in digital formats(e.g, email, posts on social
networks/forums/company website).

Assist the HR team in organing career fairs and special events.
