Roles and responsbilities

  1. Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact infomation and employeement details.
  2. Screening potential employee's resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
  3. Organizing interview with shortlisted candidates.
  4. Posting job advertisement to job boards and social media plateforms.
  5. Removing job advertisement from job boards and social media plateforms once vacancies have been filled.
  6. Assisting in the planning of company events.
  7. Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
  8. Coordinating new hire orientations.
  9. Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits and other HR-related matters.
  10. Address quries and issues of workers when required.
  11. Review and distribute company strategies by haed copies (e.g, notice boards, brouchers) or in digital formats(e.g, email, posts on social networks/forums/company website).
  12. Assist the HR team in organing career fairs and special events.
